Cleanry is a new startup that aims to provide dry cleaning services at your doorstep. The venture is co-founded by Adnan Fasih, a marketing specialist and Yasir Ahmed from AutoExpert. The twosome is backed by 5 other skilled members.
The concept behind Cleanry is to deliver 5-star laundry experience at your doorstep. Cleanry has taken the tiresome chores of laundry and made them quick, accessible, and digital. Cleanry’s door-to-door assistance allows customers to easily place an order online.Cleanry picks up your dirty laundry, returns them clean, ironed and folded within about a day.
‘The reason for creating Cleanry is very simple – people spend a lot of their time, money and even affection on their clothing – hence they are attached to some of their clothes emotionally”. Adnan told ProPakistani. He further added, ‘Quality laundry services are very hard to get by in Karachi, so this created a niche for Cleanry to fill in that gap’
Cleanry has raised funding through DotZero Ventures (DZV) in their seed round.

We all are occupied in this hectic work life, where most of us fall under the practical population grid. It becomes difficult to take out time to carry out laundry services. Getting a high-quality laundry for your clothes such as outfits and wedding attires is a problem in Karachi. These clothes are very valuable and demand extra care.
Cleanry is rendering services like washing, dry-cleaning, ironing and free pick up- delivery. It’s laundry services to clients at an easy disposal of a single call or a message. Though the prices on Cleanry website look affordable, the real trial for Adnan and his team is the sustaining and authenticity of the services.
Adnan told ProPakistani that,
They are giving a personal touch to their client relationship by giving Laundry Baskets to the customers, which they only use for the clothes and items they wish to launder at Cleanry.
Currently, they are working in Clifton, Defense and PECHS Karachi spaces and being on the leading side of economic measures, people are growing up as customers with a steadfast upward growth percentage.
Right now the team is working to cater towards high income individuals to create a more sustainable line of returning clients. Adnan further added that they have 45 clients so far (since their conception in May 2015) and have plans to move in Islamabad and Lahore within the next 6 months time.
